Have I mentioned that I love having the car back? Well I do, because it means we get to go places on our day off.
Today we stayed close to home and went for a nice little walk along the Admiralty Point trail in the port moody area. Everything is so green at the moment, even though the sun wasn’t out it still felt very much like spring.

Picnic lunch time. I’m totally obsessed with making pressed sandwiches at the moment, so easy, so tasty and they mean i can have lunch made for the next 3 days in advance. There are so many cute spots along this trail to stop and have a little snack. There were even some people fishing off one of the rocky points.
Doesn’t that tree below make you think of a lizard?

Found your blog through a comment you left on Vancouver Trails. Love your pictures of this hike! My boyfriend and I just hiked to Admiralty Point the other day and we really enjoyed the views.

Thanks for stopping by Robyn. It is a nice hike, I think I would do it again for sure. Have you tried the Dog Mountain hike on Cypress? Its a little longer but also has great views
