Valentines Day DIY

How about some pretty decorations for valentines that aren’t glaring pink or bright red? This years valentines is inspired my vintage love letters, beautiful neutrals with a hint of gold are a nice break from all the tacky brightly coloured plastic things that the shops are shoving in our faces right now!

These decorations are nice and simple, you can even buy pre cut hearts if you don’t feel like cutting them out yourself.
How to:
1. Trace a heart onto your paper then it it out, I used 6-8 hearts per strand
2. Press the edge of the heart onto the gold ink pad
3. Thread your needle with the fishing line
4. “sew” your hearts onto the fishing line

See I told you its was simple and easy. I stuck my heart strands to the roof above the table, but you could use them however you please.

I love it, I will try it in different shapes and use it in my party decoration. I like your idea, so unique, cheap and beautiful.
